HELP PLAN PAYSON'S FUTURE
Watch this brief video to learn about the project!
What is a general plan?

A general plan is a long-range planning document that addresses community's goals and development policies over a 10-year time frame. The plan includes maps, goals, policies, and implementation strategies. The State of Arizona requires that general plans be updated every 10 years.
The general plan is a road map that helps us visualize where we want to go as a town and how we get there. Your input in the general planning process is ESSENTIAL in determining the destination — the vision — for the Town of Payson.
Why does this matter?

The general plan will guide for Payson's growth, development, and improvement over the next 10 years. General planning is an intentional process that studies what a town is currently like, and most importantly, casts a detailed vision for how residents want their community to look like, feel like, and function in the future. This process is critical to ensure Payson continues to thrive.
The general plan is community-driven.
You have a say. You have a voice. You can help shape Payson's better tomorrow.
